BIO-UV Group has developed devices using the most advanced UV technologies for tertiary treatment in the disinfection of municipal or industrial wastewater.

The BIO-UV treatment allows to:

• Protect the environment downstream of the discharge from wastewater treatment plants, particularly when there are bathing areas, whitewater activities, fishing and aquaculture
• Reuse purified wastewater for agricultural irrigation, watering green spaces and golf courses, or for industrial processes (washing water, etc.).

BIO-UV Group offers low pressure technology and different types of reactors to adapt to treatment objectives and installation and maintenance constraints. Prior filtration (on a bed of sand) may, in some cases, be necessary.
