The Haybuster H835 bowl shredder is a fast, highly efficient bowl shredder for shredding straw , hay , hemp , maize, cereals, grains , agricultural products , biogas inputs , bark and fine green waste such as hedge sizes Ø < 5 cm , etc.

It is the smallest and most economical bowl chopper in the Haybuster range of straw choppers. The H835 efficiently grinds grain and high moisture hay.

It requires a tractor with a minimum power of 75 HP to drive it, ideally with 180 HP this versatile shredder will meet your shredding needs.

Description of the Haybuster H835 bowl grinder

The Haybuster H835 straw chopper features:

• A rotor equipped with high-strength steel discs , Ø of the pint rotor at the tip of the hammers 660 mm
• 8 Steel hammer shafts held by a locking disc on both sides
• Assembly with 48 oscillating hammers e=10 mm, reversible 4 angles of attack for increased life
• Rotor length 840mm
• Set of bars above the rotor regulating the arrival of the products on the grinding chamber.
• This busbar can be easily and quickly adjusted in height (grip of the hammers on the bale of straw) thanks to an external lever
• A shredded calibration grid allowing the control of the outgoing particle size
• A quick exchange of the grid by side access
