A coreless screw conveyor can be extremely long, up to 80m with a single motor
- The transition from one screw to another can be done laterally, without loss of height.
- The angle of inclination is not limited; the screw can be placed vertically.
- The vertical position is very advantageous for the space saving it entails; the process machines can thus remain close to the ground, which makes it possible to avoid many walkways or floors of buildings rendered useless.
THE ABSENCE OF A CENTRAL SHAFT MAKES THIS SYSTEM ALMOST CLOG-PROOF AND ALLOWS TO ACCEPT THE MOST DIVERSE PRODUCTS:
- neither heterogeneous products nor sticky products have the possibility of rolling up or sticking around an axis that does not exist! (urban or industrial residues, DIB, DIS, OM, pasty sludge, etc.)
- the very large passage section, left free by the absence of a central axis, makes it possible to support very large parts
