Area of application of the SIEBOTEC magnetic pulley

The SIEBOTEC magnetic pulley option allows the separation of ferrous metals present in the fractions of biomass, compost, shredded fresh green waste, wood, soil, rubble, gravel and in all the different streams of recycled products.

Technical characteristics:

• It is positioned at the end of the exit conveyor in place of the conventional conveyor pulley.
• This pulley comes with a dismountable ferrous drop slide for transport, this slide is constructed from aluminium.
• It makes it possible to direct all the ferrous metals collected towards a bin placed just below (the bins or collection boxes are not supplied) .
• Different sizes of pulleys are available depending on the width of the conveyor.
• It is possible to mount a magnetic pulley on each conveyor of the machine (fine fraction and oversize fraction).
• This pulley comes in several strengths of the magnetic field.
• On the other hand, it is not possible to combine this option and the SIEBOTEC air separator on the same conveyor.
• On the other hand, this option is perfectly compatible with the destoning belt, so that in a single pass the fraction is perfectly cleaned, free of iron and stones.
• This is the easiest and most economical way to remove all ferrous from the different fractions of recycling products.
• This option can be retrofitted and retrofitted to your screen at any time.
