OZONFILT® Compact OMVb is a ready-to-use, complete, assembled system solution for the production and metering of ozone. All its components are perfectly matched to each other.
Modular design for individual adaptability
The OZONFILT® Compact OMVb ozonator with a modular structure is mounted on a stainless steel frame. It is therefore easy to adapt and integrate into your application.
The ozonized water is produced in sufficient quantity and with a constant concentration in the contact tank of the installation. From there, it is transported to the points of use. The desired ozone concentration is adjustable and is constantly monitored and kept constant by means of a measuring and regulating circuit. Depending on the application, the ozonated water is delivered by system pressure or with one or more extraction pumps to the points of use.
When removing and refitting the hydraulic seal in the tank, the air containing ozone is evacuated to the outside through the aqueous phase via a residual ozone destroyer. Under normal operating conditions, it should be impossible for ozone to enter the ambient air.
