The Husmann HL1 1230 stationary pre-shredder is designed for shredding wood, stumps, logs, green waste, bulky items, household waste, industrial waste, pallets, waste wood, demolition wood, forest waste, plastics, DIB, wood A and B, sawmill offcuts, etc.

Description of the stationary pre-shredder Husmann HL1 1230

• The HL1 1230 single-rotor slow mulcher is an electric stationary single-rotor slow mulcher driven by a 200 kW (272 hp) electric motor.
• The frame that supports the entire pre-shredder is of very robust construction in fully welded steel.
• Its 910 mm diameter rotor has a length of 3000 mm and it is equipped with 19 fixed tools in special manganese steel with high resistance to abrasion.
• The side cutting combs are made of high abrasion resistant steel.
• System of sealing baffles at the level of the passages of shafts through the body of the crusher.
• The rotation speed of the rotor is continuously adjustable from 20 to 36 rpm. When the maximum pressure threshold is reached, the rotor reverses, the counter-cut combs lower and the side ejection hatches open, which avoids any risk of breakage.
• The HUSMANN HL1 1230 shredder has a spacious hopper fitted with sides above the rotor.
• The shredded material is evacuated by the conveyor placed under the grinding chamber up to a rejection height of about 4000 mm as standard. This rear conveyor is 1200 mm wide.
• Its dimensions are: 10450 x 2500 x 3190 mm.
• Weight: 16 tons.
