SIEBOTEC tilting grid or vibrating harrow

TILTING SCALPING GRID FOR SIEBOTEC SCREEN:

The SIEBOTEC tilting grate or vibrating harrow are used for scalping incidental products present in fractions of biomass, compost, soil, rubble, crushed fresh green waste, wood and in all streams of recycled products.

It is positioned above the screen feed hopper, thus preventing large incidental products from entering the machine and the screening cycle.

The tilting grid tilts hydraulically thanks to cylinders which allows incident products to fall on the floor while the vibrating harrow is slightly inclined and vibrates so as to cause incident products to fall on the floor. Both systems work very well in pre-sorting applications.

Large undesirable large stones, overlengths are retained and do not reach the feed hopper of the screen and therefore avoids any risk of deformation or warping of the trommel.

Thanks to this option, without having to carry out an expensive pre-sorting, for example a pre-sorting with a grapple, the machine will be protected against any deterioration. Once the device is raised, the machine can also be powered normally.

This option also allows you to obtain a third or fourth fraction on bulky materials.

The tilting grid or vibrating harrow SIEBOTEC above the feed hopper can be operated with the radio control.
