UV treatment is a possible solution, to be sized according to the pumping rate. On the other hand, you will not have any persistence of the treatment throughout your discharge pipe.
If this is what you wish, once the UV treatment has been completed, it is possible to add a chlorine injection pump.
Here, the advantage of UV would be to limit the addition of chlorine to the water, chlorine being used to secure the quality of the water and eliminate bacteria downstream of the UV treatment.
