How How to change UVRER DFI UV lamp and quartz?

Introduction :

Find out how to change a UV lamp and its quartz on UVRER's new DFI range.

  • 1.
    Take out the lamp
    • Unplug your device,
    • Unscrew the lamp,
    • Carefully take it out of the device,
    • Remove the centering ring.
  • 2.
    Remove the quartz
    • Remove the cable gland,
    • The flat gasket,
    • The O-ring,
    • Then the quartz sheath, delicately.
  • 3.
    Put the new quartz

    Repeat the operation in reverse:

    • Insert the quartz sheath by holding it with two fingers inside,
    • Put the O-ring,
    • The flat gasket,
    • The stuffing box.
  • 4.
    Put in the new lamp
    • Tighten the centering ring at the end of the device,
    • Insert the lamp and screw it.
