What parameters should be taken into account when sizing a trommel screen? diameter, length, torque, power...
Hello ,
Contact us and we will discuss your specifications, each need requires reflection, and depending on your volumes and materials, we adapt our trommels

What is a Flip Flop Screen?
Flip Flop screens are used on difficult products, when the use of traditional screens is not made possible. They thus allow precise and efficient screening of the bulk products that are the most difficult to screen.
These screens work thanks to different axes of oscillatory movements. The flexible screen cloths, made of polyurethane, are alternately stretched and compressed, for rapid screening of the most complex products. Thanks to these rapid movements of the sieving cloths, the screening remains efficient, without problems of clogging or pinning of the meshes.
The device requires little maintenance, and it proves to be much more profitable to use on difficult products than more traditional screening techniques.
What is a double trommel used for?
The double trommel makes it possible to process the fine fraction, the intermediate fraction, as well as the coarse fraction in a single step.
The metal grids are stretched both around the inner and outer trommel, for precise and selective screening. The inner trommel retains the coarse fraction, while the outer trommel separates the intermediate fraction from the fine.
The grids of the trommels can be adapted to different needs, since their meshes are between 2 to 80 mm, and their thickness between 2 to 6 mm. Links can also be square, harp link or long link. These grilles are light and easy to maintain, and they can be replaced without the need for special tools.
