4R100ER-150

4-shaft shredders are recommended for all applications where it is necessary to obtain a defined size of the shredded material while combining power and processing speed.

The 4R100ER-150 models are used both as a single processor or as part of a more complex processor as refiners. The models available (1000 mm and 1300 mm) are equipped with a 100 to 150 hp electric motor or a hydraulic motor.

The estimated production is between 1 and 3 t/h depending on the material treated and the size of shredded material required (screens available in 30x30 and 50x50 mm).

SatrindTech recommends the use of these shredders for the following applications: electronic waste, hazardous waste, pharmaceutical and hospital waste, household appliances (in second stage), pre-shredded tires, CDR, CSS, oil filters (in second stage), food waste, metal and aluminum boxes, cardboard boxes, textiles, raffia big bags and wooden pallets.
