FIELD OF APPLICATION OF EUROPE CHIPPERS EC1060 CHIPPER:

The EUROPE CHIPPERS EC1060 woodchip shredder is designed for the production of quality woodchips, it processes trunks (up to 52 cm in diameter), logs, branches, prunings, sawmill waste, bark, fagots , etc… Production capacity up to 130 m3/H depending on the product and the working conditions.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EUROPE CHIPPERS EC1060 CHIPPER:

This EUROPE CHIPPERS EC1060 chip crusher is driven by a 275 HP or 400 HP JOHN DEERE engine.

It has a feed table with three rows of very aggressive chains (optional) which prevents sand and stones from entering the crushing chamber. The lower feed roller is 300mm in diameter and 1060mm wide, the upper roller is 520mm and 1060mm wide, they both have very aggressive tines. The maximum feed opening is 550 x 1060 mm.

The rotor is a heavy rotor 930 mm in diameter and 940 mm wide, it is fitted with 6 blades which can be easily replaced and resharpened several times. The counter blade is replaceable and can be used 4 times per 90° rotation. The rotation speed of the rotor is 650 rpm, it is driven by high performance trapezoidal belts. Behind the rotor is an easily interchangeable calibration grid.

The pad exhaust blower is driven by the rotor shaft. The bent nozzle can be rotated 360° by hydraulic control and radio control.

Ergonomic use and this shredder has total accessibility for maintenance and cleaning operations.

OPTIONS AND VERSIONS:

It is possible as an option to mount a loading crane, an extended table, an evacuation conveyor, automatic greasing, hydraulic stands, cleanfix, additional vertical feed rollers, radio control, etc.

This woodchip shredder is available on a road trailer, on an agricultural trailer, on a cradle, on tracks and in a fixed electric installation.
