FIELD OF APPLICATION OF THE HUSMANN HFG4 STATIONARY QUICK SHREDDER
The HUSMANN HFG4 stationary fast shredder is specially designed for shredding green waste, pruning branches, clippings, prunings, bark, trunks up to 20 cm in diameter but also sawmill waste, pallets, recovered wood, agricultural waste, straw, wood A, etc. The shredded and defibred material will have a suitable use for composting, as mulch, for boiler rooms, spreading and volume reduction.
DESCRIPTION OF THE HUSMANN HFG4 STATIONARY QUICK SHREDDER
- The HUSMANN HFG4 chipper shredder is driven by a 160 kW (218 hp) electric motor.
- Transmission to the rotor by high performance trapezoidal belts. Rotor engagement by progressive pressure of the belts.
- Electronic regulator with automatic control optimizing the operation of the crusher.
- Feed hopper opening: 1800 mm wide, 3450 mm long and 700 mm deep.
- Height of the upper edge of the hopper from the ground: 1720 mm.
- Feeding by metal apron with chains of 1230 x 3450 mm.
- Feed roller equipped with driven hooks, lifting, and floating position during work.
- The HUSMANN HFG4 shredder has a heavy 850 mm diameter rotor fitted with 60 replaceable mass tool holders onto which the tools with tungsten carbide inserts are bolted.
- Rotor width 1230 mm.
- High inertia rotor for maximum kinetic energy allowing excellent defibration.
- The rotor rotates at a speed of 1000 rpm. It is possible to mount blades on the tool holder.
