The EUROPE CHIPPERS C1175E stationary chipper is designed for the production of quality chips, with no excess lengths and very few fines, it shreds trunks (up to 70 cm in diameter), logs, logs, branches, green waste, sawmill waste, fagots, etc.

The EUROPE CHIPPERS C1175E stationary chipper is driven by a 250 kW electric motor. Production capacity up to 160 m3/H depending on the products and working conditions.

It has a feed table with three rows of very aggressive chains which prevents sand and stones from entering the crushing chamber, this table is self-regulating and is 3000 mm long.

The lower feed roller is 335 mm in diameter and 940 mm wide, the upper roller is 756 mm and 868 mm wide, the two vertical rollers are 335 mm in diameter and 810 mm in height, they all have hooks very aggressive.

The rotor is a heavy rotor 940 mm in diameter and 950 mm wide, it is fitted with 6 blades which can be easily replaced and resharpened several times. The counter blade is replaceable and can be used 4 times per 90° rotation. The rotation speed of the rotor is 650 rpm, it is driven by high performance trapezoidal belts.

Behind the rotor is an easily interchangeable calibration grid, the grain size is adjustable according to the setting of the knife relative to the counter-blade, the feed speed and the choice of the mesh of the calibration grid.

The chips are evacuated by the rear conveyor, which is 4000 mm long, which avoids the overproduction of fines often observed in the case of blowers. Total ease of access for cleaning and maintenance operations.
