Description of the EUROPE CHIPPERS EC1060 PTO PTO chipper

The EUROPE CHIPPERS EC1060 PTO power take-off mulcher is a 1000 rpm PTO-driven cutter mulcher, the tractor power must be between 150 HP and 400 HP. Production capacity up to 150 m3/H depending on the product and the working conditions.

This chipper has a hydraulic start to engage the PTO and an automatic belt tensioner. The size of the pads can be varied from G30 to G100 by radio control thanks to its vario chip system.

The lower feed roller is 300mm in diameter and 1060mm wide, the upper roller is 520mm and 1060mm wide, they both have very aggressive tines. The maximum feed opening is 550 x 1060 mm.

The rotor is a heavy rotor 930 mm in diameter and 940 mm wide, it is fitted with 6 blades which can be easily replaced and resharpened several times. The counter blade is replaceable and can be used 4 times per 90° rotation. The rotation speed of the rotor is 650 rpm, it is driven by high performance trapezoidal belts.

Behind the rotor is an easily interchangeable calibration grid. The wafer exhaust blower is a bladeless Venturi fan. The bent nozzle can be rotated 360° by hydraulic control and radio control.

It is possible as an option to mount a loading crane, a feed table with three rows of very aggressive chains which prevents sand and stones from entering the crushing chamber and hydraulically folding , hydraulic supports, feed rollers additional verticals, radio control, etc…
